Fees

There is no charge for you to attend the pre-mediation session .

In all cases, there will be a $50.00 fee when you attend your first two hour joint mediation session.

In following sessions fees will be charged based on your ability to pay. In certain circumstances (where due hardship can be shown) the fees can be waived.

This decision is made at the discretion of the mediator. The CMS does not have Credit Card or Eftpos facilities.
